Croatia Control (CCL) received a certificate for airspace management (ASM) and air traffic flow management (ATFM) functions provision, along with the existing certificates for ATS (air traffic services), CNS (communication, navigation and surveillance), MET (aeronautical meteorology) and AIS (aeronautical information) services provision.
That way, CCL ensured conformity with the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/373 laying down common requirements for providers of air traffic management/air navigation services and other air traffic management network functions and their oversight, defining the Single European Sky ATM/ANS services provision requirements, i.e. CCL’s business method.
CCL requested the ASM and ATFM functions service provision certification on October 15, 2019. Croatian Civil Aviation Agency conducted a certification audit, which was completed successfully on January 2, 2020.
